# Privacy

BidRank is a public pay-to-rank leaderboard at bidrank.lol. This page is the privacy policy for that site.

## What we collect

A listing is public. The URL or @handle you typed, the title and description we scrape, the amount you paid, and the time it landed are on the board for anyone to see.

Stripe processes the card. We get a checkout session id and a payment confirmation. We do not store full card numbers.

A cookie counts unique browsers so the visitors pill can show who is online (last five minutes) and who was around in the last hour. That is not an account. We do not use it to log you in.

Clicks leave through BidRank and pick up utm_source=bidrank so you can see the referral. We count those clicks.

Server logs (IP, user agent, path) exist the way any HTTPS site has logs. Cloudflare sits in front.

## What we do not collect

No BidRank accounts. No passwords. No mailing list. No sign in with.

## Why

To run the board, take payment, stop obvious abuse (shorteners, invite links, adult, localhost), and show public stats.

## Who else sees it

Stripe, for the charge. Cloudflare, because the site is on their network. The public internet, because the board is public.

We do not sell personal data.

## How long

Listings stay until the board says otherwise. Visitor cookies are short-lived. Stripe keeps payment records under their own terms.

## Your choices
